In April 2007, U.S. News and World Report once again placed Georgia Tech’s School of Industrial and System’s Engineering (ISyE) as #1 in the U.S. Georgia Tech ranked the #4 overall Engineering School and the #7 Public University. In fact, the Georgia Tech ISyE graduate school has been ranked #1 for 17 of the last 18 years.

One of the first programs of its type, ISyE was established in 1924 and has produced outstanding leaders in industry, government, and academia. Alumni can be found all over the world, in academia, consulting, engineering, financial services, healthcare, law, manufacturing, retailing and transportation. Particularly impressive is the fact that nearly 1 in 10 Georgia Tech ISyE graduates rise to top positions of their respective organizations, whether as CEO, CFO, or even university president.

ISyE faculty members are internationally known for their research in virtually every discipline of modern industrial engineering and operations research. Executive Masters in International Logistics faculty bring their latest supply chain findings and concepts to the classroom, combining theory and case studies with an emphasis on practical application.

Recognized as a leader in logistics, Georgia Tech’s supply chain offerings are supported by The Supply Chain & Logistics Institute and include logistics education and sponsorship at the undergraduate, graduate and executive certification level. Georgia Tech’s truly global campus includes Georgia Tech Lorraine, its campus in Metz, France, the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs and The Logistics Institute - Asia Pacific established via a joint partnership with National University of Singapore.
