Meet the Class

The talent and knowledge of EMIL participants are key factors in the extraordinary success of the EMIL program.  Each year brings a new mix of sponsor companies and participants with diverse work experience, interests, industry expertise and ethnic backgrounds.  On average, EMIL classes include:

  • 50% of EMIL participants already have MBAs
  • 65% are at the level of Director or higher within their organizations. 
  • 87% have greater than 10 years of experience
  • On average, class members have 17 years of business experience
  • 50% tapped by company executives to participate
  • Participants come from a wide range of disciplines including supply chain strategy, operations, logistics, sales and marketing, material handling, distribution, manufacturing, procurement, IT and project management.
