Adam was continuing a BAX Global tradition when he joined the EMIL class of 2006. BAX Global has been sending members of its team to the program every year. With a continuous flow of EMIL participants in the company, Adam notes that BAX Global is able to transfer the best-in-class logistics expertise to its projects.

Q. What has been the most valuable part of your EMIL experience?

A. That's simple: the personal relationships with EMIL faculty and classmates. The diversity of backgrounds among the other participants – from manufacturing and retail as well as from 3PLs – has really broadened my perspective.

Q. In your opinion, what makes the EMIL Program so effective?

A. The format of EMIL with residencies that span all major continents is really unique. It greatly enhanced my understanding of international logistics to be able to meet with people around the globe engaged in the daily challenges of the supply chain. That experience, coupled with the information sharing among classmates, makes the EMIL Progam a one-of-a-kind learning opportunity.
